Common Ravenheat Fault Codes
01E – No Flame
• 
Cause: Boiler fails to ignite.
• 
Checks: Gas supply, overheat stat, gas valve, spark generator, and ignition electrodes.
02E – Pump Circulation Fault
• Cause: Circulation issue in central heating system.
• Fix: Check if the pump is spinning and ensure there is no air trapped in the system.
03E / 04E – Sensor Faults
• Cause: Faulty temperature sensors for central heating (CH) or domestic hot water (DHW).
• Fix: Replace damaged CH or DHW sensors to restore proper functionality.
08E – Low Water Pressure
• Cause: Insufficient pressure in the system.
• Fix: Top up the boiler pressure via the filling loop. Normal pressure should be between 1.0–1.5 bar when cold.
10E – High Water Pressure
• Cause: Pressure exceeding safe levels.
• Fix: Make sure the expansion vessel is properly charged and system pressure stays below 1.8 bar.
• 
This issue can be frustrating and often comes from a neglected expansion vessel or system overfilling.
